• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out for delivery.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• We aim to deliver all orders within 4 business days after they are placed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors.
• In the event of any delays, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated delivery estimate.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable and transparent.

4. Delivery Service

• Our products are delivered using trusted courier partners to ensure your items reach you in excellent condition and within the promised timeframe.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is present, our courier partner may attempt to deliver the package at a later time, or you may be required to arrange for re-delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we deliver to locations within India. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of India, please contact us to discuss your options.
• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a full and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
